1. Provider & Scope
This End User License Agreement (EULA) and Terms of Use apply to the mobile app OSIRIS: Protocol (“App”) provided by:

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the App.
2. Description of Service
OSIRIS: Protocol is an interactive mystery/crime game featuring multiple cases (“Protocols”). PROTOCOL 01 is free to play. Additional content may be offered as in-app purchases. The App is provided “as is”; features and content may be updated over time.
3. License Grant
You are granted a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control, subject to the applicable store terms (Apple App Store / Google Play).
You may not:
- Copy, distribute, or publicly make available the App or its content without permission
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or circumvent technical protections (except where allowed by law)
- Use cheats, exploits, or manipulate save data and unlocks
- Use the App commercially without prior written consent
4. In-App Purchases
Purchases of additional cases or content are processed through the respective app store (Apple or Google). The store’s payment and refund policies also apply. Unlocked content is tied to your store account and can be reactivated via “Restore Purchases.”
5. Intellectual Property
All rights in the App — including text, characters, graphics, audio, code, and trademarks — belong to the provider or the respective rights holders. Using the App does not transfer ownership of any content.
6. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability where it cannot be excluded by law (including liability for intent, gross negligence, or product liability). To the extent permitted by law, the provider is not liable for loss of progress caused by device loss, reinstallation, or user error.
7. Age Rating & Content
The App contains fictional crime investigations, suspense, and thematically dark content. Please observe the age rating shown in the store and play only if you meet the requirements.
8. Termination
The provider may restrict use if you violate these terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. Previously purchased store items remain subject to the store’s rules.
9. Changes
These terms may be updated as needed. The current version will be published on this website and/or in the App. Continued use after publication constitutes acceptance of material updates where permitted by law.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer protection rules at your place of residence remain unaffected.
